The concept :

In partnership with ‘The Clever Kitchen’- nutrition experts (http://theclever.kitchen/detox-retreat/ ), you can join this special 4 nights’ detox retreat programme and recover your inner strenghth, lose unwanted weight and get long-lasting benefits to your health and well-being.

From 23rd to 27th January 2019, or
From 30th January to 3rd February 2019

Package includes for a single occupancy room :

4 nights in a single comfort room, breakfast* included
1 welcome drink*
4 dinners* excluding beverages
4 lunches* excluding beverages
4 Spa access (duration 2 hours)
1 Massage(50mn)
4 daily snacks*
2 daily yoga sessions (as per programme below)

Your retreat does not include;

Transport to the hotel (we can arrange a taxi for you from the airport or train stations at additional cost).
Any drinks except smoothies and infusions at breakfast.
Spa treatments, except for one detox massage per person

Rates :

Early bird package, if you book before 31 December 2018 : 1250€
Normal rate if you book after 31 December 2018 : 1500€

Wednesday– arrive after lunch and settle in.

5.30- 7 pm Wednesday evening yoga with meditation
7.30- 8pm Communal welcome drinks and explanation of the retreat
8pm- 9pm Communal dinner

8.00-9.30 am Morning yoga session
9.30 am Breakfast
10.30 – 11.30 Detox nutrition talk
12- 1.30 pm Lunch
2.00 – 5.30 pm Free time for Spa visit or treatments.
5.30-7.00 pm Evening yoga session with meditation
7.30- 8.30 Dinner

10.30 – 12.00 Free Time- spa visit or treatments

2.30 – 4.00 pm Optional visit to Fragonard perfume factory in Eze village, to create an eau de cologne (additional cost)

Saturday

10.30 – 12.00 Free Time- spa visit or treatments

2.00- 5.00 pm Optional hike Nietzsche path from Eze Village to Eze sur Mer (weather dependent)

(Additional talks may take place in the evenings.)

(*) Your menu for the detox retreat will be planned and prepared by The Clever Kitchen.
Breakfast will consist of smoothies, overnight oats with added superfoods, or simple egg recipes, with gluten free bread on offer too.
Lunch will be a selection of delicious seasonal salads.
Dinner will feature a soup with gluten free bread or a light buddha bowl.
There will be snacks on offer during the afternoon. Some examples of snacks are energy bliss balls, hummus and crudites, crackers and vegan cheeses, fruit.
All the meals featured will have no animal produce except for eggs at breakfast, and are 100% gluten free. A selection of herbal infusions will be on offer throughout the day. Coffee and alcohol will not be served throughout the detox. Any drinks ordered will be added to your bill.
Your retreat includes one 2-hour entry to the spa (further spa sessions are possible at additional cost), and one detox massage treatment.
